Amphibious Love

Listen to the frogs
They're speaking in tongues
Singing old songs
Of amphibious love

Looking for someone
They can take to dinner
In some little
Fly by night diner

Catching the late show
At the drive in one night
Snacking on bugs
That swarm round the lights

Back at the pad
With the moon up above
Her eyes bulge with the promise
Of swampy old love
